TripMuse - Early Access Waitlist

1. Introduction
Welcome to TripMuse! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TripMuse website and early access waitlist operated by ZenFumi Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware corporation.
By submitting your email address to join our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not sign up for our waitlist.
2. Description of Service
TripMuse is an AI-powered travel planning application currently in development. By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in receiving early access to the application and updates about our development progress.
The waitlist sign-up allows you to:
- Receive email updates about TripMuse's development
- Be notified when early access or beta testing opportunities become available
- Receive marketing communications about TripMuse and related services
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to sign up for our waitlist. By signing up, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to sign up.

The waitlist and any information provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZenFumi Inc makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The TripMuse application will launch or be made available
- You will receive early access to the application
- The application will meet your expectations or requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenFumi Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the waitlist or website.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued participation in the waitlist after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
10. Termination
We may remove you from our waitlist at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or contacting us at support@tripmuse.com.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the waitlist shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
